Frequently Asked Questions

How many arm sessions are usually recommended?

A course of several sessions spaced weeks apart is typical, tailored to your goals at consultation. Individual results vary.

Is there any downtime after treatment?

No significant downtime — brief warmth or redness can occur, and normal activities resume straight away.

Who is not suitable for this treatment?

ONDA is not performed during pregnancy and may not suit certain medical conditions or implanted devices. Your consultation confirms suitability.

Is this a weight-loss treatment?

No — it targets localised contouring of the upper arms rather than overall weight loss, and works best alongside a healthy lifestyle.

Does ONDA hurt?

Most guests describe controlled warmth — the handpiece has built-in skin cooling to keep sessions comfortable.

How should I prepare for a session?

Hydrate well, avoid a heavy meal beforehand, and share your health history at consultation.

When will I see results?

Changes typically appear gradually over the weeks after each session as the body processes treated fat cells.

Where is Mist Day Spa located?

In the heart of Chatswood on Sydney’s North Shore, a short walk from Chatswood station.
